We were in Christchurch last before the 2011 earthquake. I seem to have lost all my photos from that trip. I will have to dig them up from cold storage when I get home. We arrived after 2PM local time and took the shuttle into town. The city is recovering slowly.
And I found some concept drawings online. If they pull it off, it will look really grand.
Next stop–Queenstown.
